    Antique Cast Iron Metal Niagara Ball Bearing Clothes Mangle Wringer Lovell MFG Co. Erie P.A. U.S.A.  The hand crank works and operates. Its missing the rollers. It measures 32" long x 17" tall. The middle lettering part measures 21" long. I have had it clamped down as decor on a desk for a while. What you see is exactly what your buying. This was found on a property I bought. Sold as is.
