Lovely English sterling silver and hand cut crystal perfume bottle made in Birmingham early last century. Hallmarked at the rim difficult to be read ‘Anchor’ (Birmingham), ‘Lion Passant’, and silversmith’s mark. Hand chiseled cap decorated with foliage and scrolls surrounding a central round reserve which has never been monogrammed. Silverwork is in excellent antique condition, original cork interior. Heavy & deeply cut crystal bottle in very good condition commensurate with age, normal tiny tiny chips here and there...very interesting round shape with long cut neck. MEASUREMENTS: almost 5 3/8” high by 2 9/16” across to its widest point, it weighs 5.37 oz (152.2 grams).
