Gorgeous antique maple knob...Circa 1875-1895
Ebay client "cvmondy" recently purchased an antique walnut wood knob and had this feedback remark about the entire experience...."perfect"
This is the only knob I have exactly like this...don't delay and miss it, it's so beautiful
I meticulously restored the finish with many, many coats of hand rubbed varnish
The silky hand rubbed finish showcases the beautiful grains with their black highlights & character, you may find tiny imperfections in the wood, know as character & patina in a 140 year old knob
I love the blackened highlight grain areas, both on the knob face & down the sides, simply beautiful
Excellent antique condition ready to install, the knob has 2 metal points on the base which helps prevent any movement after it is installed
I will include a mounting screw(to work with 3/4" thick projects) just call or email if you need a screw for a different thickness , I will happily send it with the knob, of course you can find one at a hardware store if you wish
I guarantee you will never find a knob this beautiful in any store, stunning grain patterns, hand rubbed finish, and a nearly 140 year old knob, make this a winner
