    Description

    This wood piece is 38” long, 5.75” tall and 3/4” thick. It looks like something that maybe would have been on the back of the top of a 1940’s-1960’s dresser or bookcase. It’s a solid piece of wood, lighter in color with a medium reddish-brown stain. It is overall in used condition, showing wear to corners and little chips to edges. The most prominent flaws are a thin 3/4” chip missing from the middle bottom edge and a dent on the right edge of the middle circle.
    The middle has a 3 5/8” wide opening for some type of tyle or decoration, and also a nail hole above that. The backside has a larger area removed to help you secure whatever goes there. There are 1/2” wide hole sin the top about 2.5” from the two ends for finials.
