Description:
Light green metal with crank handle and rollers to wring clothes for the top of an old washing machine. Appears to be all original. Don't see a brand name or date. The wringer weighs approx 15 1/2 lbs. Some approx measurements: 15 1/2" across; not including handle x 13" tall standing on swivel adjustable clamp brackets x 6" deep x rollers 11 1/2" long. The handle has been taken off for shipping and may need a new screw; this old one may have stripped.  Shows wear, tear, oxidation, and rust but still turns! Overall condition is not bad for the age! Please judge for yourself from photos.
